Windridge Group, Inc. ("Windridge," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of people who visit windadv.com, contact us, or submit an inquiry through the website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through windadv.com and the inquiry forms available on the site. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that may be linked from the site, including LinkedIn, DealLeads, Britehorn Securities, FINRA BrokerCheck, or other external resources. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices.

2. Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry or contact us directly, we may collect information such as:

• Your name
• Work email address
• Company name and website
• The service or area of interest
• Revenue, EBITDA, capital, timing, acquisition, growth, design, sector, or research information you choose to provide
• The contents of your message and any later correspondence

Please do not submit social security numbers, bank-account information, medical information, passwords, trade secrets, material nonpublic information, or other highly sensitive information through a website form.

3. Information collected for operation and security

When you use the site, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, including:

• Internet Protocol address
• Browser and device information
• Referring page and requested URL
• Date and time of access
• Server and security logs
• Form-submission timing and anti-abuse signals
• A bot-verification token generated by Cloudflare Turnstile

Windridge uses this information to operate the site, protect the inquiry forms, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored by Windridge as form-rate-limit identifiers; the form system uses a keyed one-way hash for that purpose. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own logs under their applicable terms and retention practices.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Respond to an inquiry or request
• Evaluate whether Windridge may be able to assist
• Communicate about a potential or existing engagement
• Route a request to the appropriate service area
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, or other abusive activity
• Maintain business and compliance records
• Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or professional obligations
• Protect the rights, safety, and property of Windridge, our clients, and others

We do not use website inquiry information to train public artificial-intelligence models.

5. Securities-related inquiries

Certain securities-related services are offered through Britehorn Securities LLC, member FINRA/SIPC. When an inquiry concerns securities-related M&A advisory, capital raising, or another activity supervised through Britehorn, relevant information may be shared with Britehorn and retained as required for supervision, compliance, due diligence, and regulatory recordkeeping.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or other professional relationship with Windridge or Britehorn.

6. Service providers

We use service providers to operate and protect the site and deliver inquiries. At launch, these include:

• Vercel for website hosting and server-side functions
• Resend for delivery of inquiry emails
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention
• Upstash for rate-limiting infrastructure

These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their agreements and privacy terms. We may replace or add providers as the site evolves, and this policy will be updated when a change materially affects our practices.

7. Other disclosures

We may disclose information:

• At your direction or with your consent
• To professional advisors, contractors, or service providers supporting our work
• To Britehorn for securities-related supervision and compliance, when applicable
• To comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process
• To investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or misuse
• To protect legal rights, safety, or property
• In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections

8. No sale or targeted advertising

Windridge does not sell or rent personal information. At launch, Windridge does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics on this site.

If analytics or advertising technology is added later, Windridge will evaluate the privacy and consent requirements and update this policy before activation.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, bot prevention, routing, or basic operation. Cloudflare Turnstile and infrastructure providers may use necessary storage or signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.

The site does not currently use optional advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies.

10. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate or perform an engagement, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Security and rate-limiting identifiers are designed to be retained for shorter operational periods. Information connected to securities-related activity may be retained for longer periods when required by Britehorn policy or applicable regulation.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. Those measures include server-side validation, bot verification, rate limiting, restricted credentials, and controlled inquiry delivery.

No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use appropriate judgment when deciding what information to send through the website or email.

12. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted, subject to legal, regulatory, contractual, security, and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask a question about how information is used.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. To make a request, email hello@windadv.com with the subject line Privacy Request.

Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights. Windridge will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

13. Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Windridge does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and address the request.

14. International visitors

Windridge is based in the United States. If you access the site from another country, information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws from your own.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, vendors, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new Last updated date. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
